All reservations must be guaranteed either by valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit.
Credit cards are held to guarantee your reservation and are not charged until arrival.
Pre-pay reservations and special event reservations will be charged at the time of booking. -
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on standard reservations prior to 3p.m. of the scheduled arrival day. If you cancel after that period, we charge the first night’s room and tax.
Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.
Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings. No-shows will be charged accordingly.

For direct bookings, please call the hotel directly or email stay@thenashvillereserve.com. For any third party bookings (including Expedia, Booking.com, and more), reach out to the third party through which you booked.

Guests must be 21 years of age. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

$100 per night will be authorized on your credit card upon check-in for any incidental charges and damage fees. The remaining balance of the authorization will be released upon checkout, and is typically reflected by your financial institution in 3-5 business days.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please contact the hotel in advance if you require special arrival arrangements. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

The Nashville Reserve welcomes well-behaved dogs in select first-floor accommodations. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per reservation applies, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. To ensure availability, please reply to your confirmation email to notify our front desk in advance.

Complimentary wi-fi is available to all hotel guests.

Self-parking is available for $40 per night, per vehicle. Parking lot access is secured and available by a unique entry code, which will be emailed to you prior to arrival. There is no visitors parking.
